Secret Garden

For hundreds of years, the Secret Garden was only reserved for the nobility of Korea to enter - it was strictly forbidden for common people. Yet, we believe, there is a Secret Garden deep inside everyone of our heart. Where each of our own “Secret Gardens” are colorful in their own ways with the ability to inspire creativity in us.

This spring, Moon Gallery presents a group exhibition of ten artists from Korea presenting the theme of the Secret Garden This includes the latest paintings by Duk Hyun JO, Elly CHO, Hyun Joo Choi, Yunjung CHOI, Hyun Jin KWON, Geun Taek LEE, Ji Sun RYU and Sang Chun YOON, video installation by Zoonyong ZO and Hyun Jin KWON, photograph work by Sun Hee HWANG.

This is a rare chance to see so many different Korean artists in one exhibition in Hong Kong. Especially they represent the fresh new Korean contemporary art scene now. All of them with their unique styles and different art forms. This is a great chance to get inside of our artists’ private Secret Garden, and a very good opportunity to understand the artists and their work in depth.
